2023年度秋期大会にオンラインで参加される方へ

Dear JASFL Members,

10月14日（土）・15日（日）に開催される秋期大会にオンラインで参加される方は、下記の項目をご確認ください。

If you wish to participate online in our Autumn Conference on Saturday, October 14 and Sunday, October 15, please check the following points:

アドレス　URL

・Zoom情報やの資料ダウンロードサイトは、メーリングリストを通じてお知らせしております。メールが届いていない場合は、10月12日（木）までにsecretary@jasfl.jpにお問い合わせください。

We have sent by email the Zoom information and the URL to download the conference materials from. If you haven’t received the email, please contact secretary@jasfl.jp by Thursday, October 12th.

事前の準備 Preparation

・あらかじめZoomアプリケーションをインストールしておいてください。

Please install the Zoom application in advance.

・Zoomアプリケーションは、最新版にアップデートしておいてください。

Please keep the Zoom application updated to the latest version.

発表を視聴する場合 When You Listen to the Presentation

・発表中は、マイクとビデオをオフにしてください。（オフにするとマイクもビデオも赤色の斜線で表示されます。）

Keep your microphone and video off during presentations (with the respective icons crossed out in red).

・質疑応答の時間に、発表者に質問あるいはコメントがある場合には、「リアクション」の「手を挙げる」をクリックしてください。

If you have a question or comment during a Q&A session, please click on “Raise Hand” in “Reactions”.

・司会者が指名したら、マイク（とビデオ）をオンにしてから氏名と所属、質問あるいはコメントをおっしゃってください。

When the session chair calls you name, turn on your microphone (and video) and then tell us your name and affiliation, and your questions/comments.

Zoomのトラブル対応について

・Zoom meetingに参加できない場合は、下記のサイトを参照して問題を解決してください。
